A brave effort against Holmesdale, who fielded their strongest team. Restricting them to 69-4 off 12 was a good effort, including 2 great run outs. LPCC struggled to get going in reply. Many got a few runs under their belts, but getting more than one partnership going proved difficult, falling to 61 all out off 11.3 overs. Great credit to Freddie (8 off 21 overs) and Jack (9 off 9) for getting the team close.

Restricting Holmesdale to 69 runs and Sevenoaks Vine to 60 runs in our matches with the top 2 teams is a great effort in terms of bowling and fielding. We just need not to panic when batting and build multiple partnerships!
