Linden Park runs an academy training group for players selected by the Director of Junior Cricket. The purpose of this group is to identify those with significant potential and give them further intensive support and prepare them for cricket in the county league. Our academy players won the 2020 Sussex Junior Cricket Festival U14 Shield Final and the majority are playing regularly at both junior and senior level.
